Christmas Treats

Objective: To create and bake treats to give to the Pathway Community Church so that they can distribute them to refugee families and the homeless.

The students involved in the Christmas Treats activity have been working hard to create tasty treats such as Eskimo Snowballs, No Bake Biscuit Cake, Lemon Slice, Christmas Crackle Puddings and Chocolate Coconut Truffles. So far they have produced 270 individual treats.

"It's fun to help other people who are less fortunate" - April. H

There were several students who had completed this activity during Service Days in 2014 as well as new people in the group of fourteen.  Most agreed that it was a fun and interesting activity and they would recommend it to their friends next year.
